Dr. Chet Edwards | Chair

Term: 2014-2027 

Dr. Edwards brings over 35 years of experience as an educational leader in Oregon. He is the executive director at Education Options Associates, a consultant firm providing strategic direction, fiscal management advice, program evaluation, and other administrative services for educational agencies serving youth in Oregon. Dr. Edwards has developed and administered the operation of Alternative, Charter, and Career Education centers throughout Oregon.

Harold “Skip” Adams | Treasurer

Term: 2014-2027 

Mr. Adams has dedicated his career to working with students across the state of Oregon. He has experience as a classroom teacher, lead evaluator for Cognia accreditation, and director of an alternative school. Mr. Adams earned his degrees from Lewis and Clark College and the University of Oregon. He has also served in the Oregon National Guard Reserve.

Robert Tatum | Secretary

Term: 2026-2027 

Mr. Tatum has experience as a classroom and online teacher focusing on Career Technical Education. He has degrees from Universal Technical Institute, Oregon State University, San Diego State University, and University of Nevada Las Vegas. He is also a retired U.S. Navy officer with 20 years of active duty service.

Lily Reishman | Member

Term: 2026-2027 

Ms. Reishman has experience as a classroom, blended, and online educator, as well as a school administrator, serving in roles including teacher, 504 and MTSS Coordinator, Academic Director, School Principal, and BlendEd Coordinator. She holds degrees from Southern Oregon University and Lewis & Clark College, including a Master of Science in Educational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Teaching, and a Bachelor of Arts in History, Spanish, and Latin American Studies. She is licensed in PreK-12 Multiple Subjects, English Language Arts, and School Administration, and has extensive experience in virtual education, student support systems, and instructional leadership.
