Letter of Intent Instructions
To enroll your student at Insight School of Oregon–Painted Hills (ISOR-PH), you must email a Letter of Intent to your resident school district. Please copy isorphfax@k12.com on the email, so we’ll have the required proof that your resident school district has been notified.
Follow these instructions
Student (if 18 or older) or parent must send an email to the resident school district:
- Send email TO: [Legal resident school district email address]
- CC: isorphfax@k12.com
- Type “Letter of Intent” in the “Subject”
- In the body of the email, include
- Specific reasons for enrolling in ISOR-PH
- Student’s name, current address, and current age
If isorphfax@k12.com is not included in the response from the school district, please forward the response to isorphfax@k12.com.
